The Heritage Car Club (Singapore) was formed in April 1998 by an active group of post-war classic car owners.

Your classic car is recognised and appreciated all over the world as a car of timeless design and eduring character.Unlike pre-1940 cars under the Vintage Car Scheme, post war cars cannot be imported into Singapore. We have a fixed number of post-1940 cars on Singapore roadsof varying marques and condition. We wish to preserve the appreciation of such classic cars in Singapore for future generations and for our own enjoyment. the National Heritage Board also recognises the need to preserve classic cars as they are part of our motoring heritage in Singapore
